This is the second time I hired Viktoria movers, the first time the gave me no stress what so ever with the move. And I liked that. This time it was also a stress free move. The move was from a town house to a detached with 10 km between the two houses. They arrived on time, were polite and nice throughout the move and they didn't complain about any loose items or extra tasks, as long as the clock is ticking of course. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the high rates they charge. I was given an estimate for 7-9 hours based on detailed pictures of all items in my house. But they charged me for 11 hours. I wasn't budgeting for that it was covid time and money is tight, I asked Maria for a discount but she got upset about me saying the job could have been done faster (because the guys spent long time just folding blankets on my clock) and she started ignoring my calls and I had to chase her with call and text several time just to get my payment invoice, I totally gave up on the discount as I understood the message. And that's where they loose the stars, for bad communication. So, in a nutshell, extra expensive movers but they take care as expected. I'm sure there are other companies out there who care the same way but with more reasonable prices.

Very happy with our experience using VPM's services for our move last weekend from downtown Toronto to Cambridge. Cormack and Jeremy arrived exactly on time and did a great job handling our items with the appropriate care and attention we expected. They even moved the items into each room they were labelled for saving us a lot of extra effort. The total job took about 4.5hrs and there were no hidden fees or additional costs. The guys were very professional and personable, would definitely recommend the service again and would ask for these gents!

It was finally time for my grandparents to move into a retirement home. My grandfather is especially particular about how service professionals handle themselves. The team from Viktoria impressed us all with their friendly attitude and professionalism, and the care with which they wrapped and transported every item we moved. We also found the price completely reasonable, especially considering how happy we were with the service. I love my grandparents and wanted the best treatment for them, and they got it. I'd be happy to recommend Viktoria any day.

Used Viktoria Movers for a local move and was so happy I did. They were professional, confirmed everything ahead of time, excellent and prompt communication to organize the move. The day of, the movers showed up promptly, well prepared, ready to go and were professional, friendly and very hard working. I felt like my belongings were in very good hands! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This is my third time using Viktoria movers, and the staff was super professional and helpful. They took the time to carefully wrap my items and check in on any questions they had. I would highly recommend VIktoria!

Viktoria Movers helped us pack and move to our new home, and could not have made it easier on us. From booking with Maria to meeting the wonderful people who helped us with our move (Elias, Oscar and Ted), the entire process was extremely efficient. This was my first time having people help to pack my personal belongings and I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were professional, careful, kind and respectful. The move itself went very quickly, and they worked extremely hard to ensure that they were keeping to schedule. We have finished unpacking all of the boxes packed by the Viktoria Movers crew, and not one item was damaged. They made our move day pleasant and stress-free, took great care with our possessions, and were just extremely nice people to work with. I can't recommend them enough for any packing or moving jobs.

Our family moved many times in the past 20 years (usually long distance across North America). When inquiring about a local move in Toronto we heard about Viktoria from a friend who highly recommend them. We received few quotes and all were about the same price. We decided to work with Viktoria and did not regret our decision. It was by far the best crew and the nicest movers we have worked with. The four movers worked were well coordinated: they arrived on time, were friendly, were extremely careful on the walls (our new house was just renovated) and our furniture. We knew there will be some challenges moving some of the furniture to the higher floors as the staircase is very tight, but the four of them came with few ingenious ideas that allowed us to move our bed to the second floor and a dresser to the basement. They tried their best to help us organize the boxes so it will be easy to unbox later on (as the renovations are still going on). In spite of all the challenges, they finished their work (2 full trucks plus an additional drop off) at the estimated time and cost. Simply excellent!

We used Viktoria movers after recommendation of our friends who relocate from Toronto to Calgary 2 years ago. Everything went smoothly with their move, so we wanted to have the same. We are very happy we hired skilled and reliable company who knows to do the job you pay for. We really appreciate all the assistance with coordination of Maria (office staff) and team of movers - Patrick, Nick, Killian. We were perfectly happy with these guys. They were on time, professional and extremely efficient. All our stuff was carefully wrapped, incl. bigger pieces of furniture and they even helped to pack last minute items. We would hire them again. Highly recommended!

After our move within Calgary I noticed one of our leather sofa’s had a bunch of scratches on it from the move. I contacted Patrick 2 times via phone and sent him a email with the pictures around August 3rd. Since our move on July 27th I Have contacted Patrick multiple times now and left voicemails, sent follow up emails but he has now been ignoring all my communication attempts. I feel like this is very unprofessional behavior of any person or company and they do not uphold their commitment for the services they provide. I would not recommend using this company for your move if you care for your belongings.

We used Viktoria Movers' services twice - once to move things to storage, and again to move those things AND the contents of our old place to our new place. Both times the movers from Viktoria were punctual, friendly, professional, and helpful - a special shout-out to our moving-day movers, Ted and Kevin, who were terrific, efficient, and kind. Maria in the office was helpful and patient; there was a little miscommunication about the delivery of some moving supplies but she came personally to sort it out. We don't plan to move again but if we do we know who to call.
