We hired Vitoria movers after a recommendation from a friend that moved in May. The results were better than expected considering all the horror stories out there regarding moving companies. Maria was SO helpful in explaining all they do, making recommendations and assuring us along the way that all would work out well. We were moving my parents (both in their 90’s) from a large house to a smaller apartment in a different city, and the recommended size of truck was perfect. The three men that did the actual move were fast, efficient, helpful, and extremely courteous, even at the end of the day when they would have been tired. We can’t thank all the staff at Victoria enough for making this stressful time easier.

The moving team was professional and courteous. They took extreme care of our furniture to ensure it was safely ready for loading and shipping to storage in Charlottetown. Pricing was fair and they remained true to the estimate provided, even providing a reduction as our load weight was less than estimated. We highly recomend them as a mover. Terry and Karyn Booth

Viktoria did our recent move and could not have been happier with how it went. Great service and care, everything arrived intact and they took the time to ensure we were set up in our new home before leaving. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

We have used Viktoria movers 4x in the past 5 years for in-town moves (once to move into our house, then out and back into our house temporarily for renos, and for a condo move for my sister), after recommended by a friend. We always now call Viktoria for a move, and highly recommend! The 4x we used them, the Viktoria movers were punctual (or even early!), were very careful with our items, packed well fragile items and furniture incl TVs with furniture blankets, shrink wrap and tape, use moving mats/carpet rolls to protect your floors, helped disassemble and reassemble furniture, and were nice, professional guys. Not cheap (eg. 6h condo-to-condo move with 2 movers & 20ft truck for $1175, or our previous 7.5h house move for 4 guys & 5 ton truck for $2000), but definitely worth spending the $ if you can for a quality, stress-free move. (Previously, we would use "cheaper" movers, but they were much less reliable, once not even showing up!, would sometimes break things, didn't pack or handle the furniture well, etc). Maria (admin) was super helpful with quotes. For our last move Vince and Harald, and during our previous moves, Cormac, Matthew, Nick, Desmond, Alex were all great.

We recently moved from Ontario to BC and we had a wonderful experience with Viktoria Movers! Maria was very helpful with providing quotes and coordinating. The final cost was inline with the quote. Our movers did a great job packing and accounting for every item. There was no damage to any of our belongings and it arrived on time. Overall I would highly recommend Viktoria Movers!

We hired Viktoria movers to complete our move from our rental home back to our house that had undergone renovations. The movers were excellent and wrapped everything meticulously. We were so happy with their professionalism. The made a stressful day, so easy. Don't hesitate to book them.

We hired Viktoria to move our household goods including piano from Mississauga to Courtice. Maria came to house to prepare quote and provided useful information. We chose to do our own packing, and have them disassemble and pack the larger furniture. We ultimately chose them because they were focussed on completing the move in one day. They were also willing to move some large house plants, although without any guarantees. Original quote was 4 crew, two trucks and 13 hours. Crew arrived on time on moving day, but with 6 persons. They were polite and professional, and followed Covid mask precautions. Final cost was 6 crew, two trucks and 9 hrs, and was about same as quote due to less hours and lower rate per person for 6 crew. We were told at payment time that the reason for the 6 rather than 4 crew was that it was a cold day (which it was!) and because we had requested a one-day move. The latter was true, but an odd reason for the crew change since that was actually the Viktoria proposal from day one and not something we had insisted on. Anyway, work was completed to our satisfaction. Maria called to check in one week after the move. We've found a few small scratches but nothing major. One ding was in our old home, which we only noticed during our final inspection and were able to quickly repair. We would use them again.

Great movers. Helpful, knowledgeable, no stress. Pick up where left off, no questions asked, other what more can we do.

Our moving experience with NEELEY'S/VIKTORIA was the best we’ve had. We plan on using their services again in the near future once we relocate. They were a very professional crew and Andrey’s management provided us a very convenient moving experience. They were upfront, reasonable and honest about the fees which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone who plans on a comfortable head ache-free move.
