This is my first move. No question about me picking Viktoria Movers, after I saw how they handled my friends move. Right from the start I was impressed with the initial visit by Cormac to get me an estimate. True to his word without any hidden costs and/or surprises, I had no doubts about this company's professionalism. It was extremely hot and muggy this July 2013. They wrapped all the furniture carefully. I was a bit anxious about the mechanism of my adjustable bed. It was somewhat a tight squeeze down the stairs of the house and somewhat easier in the large elevator up the condo’s 17th floor. They set it up, connected it and the motor worked perfectly. The followed my list exactly, which furniture to load last so it could be set up first. They did not even take a lunch break. It took exactly the time allotment initially proposed. Most impressing was to see that Cormac, who does the estimates, work along with the moving crew at high season. Lots of companies should take a page out of Viktoria and get people behind desks out into the frontline work-field. Even the price on the whole affair was very reasonable and just. Got my elevator security deposit fully back and was told by the concierge that not the tiniest scratch paper, plastic and other packing materials was found in or out of elevator and general complex area. They deserved the tip and all the recommendations I will pass to family and friends. Reggie

I found this company through the better business bureau (BBB) and am I ever glad I did... I was overseas and needed quotes... Viktoria responded within 24 hours... and was right on the mark. I had three stops for my move, plus loading and unloading to my new unit. The crew was polite, well spoken, and let me tell you, by the end of the move they had sweat on their brow and earned every cent and the tip they got too... (not required, but I also think for the labour team it is worth it...). They wrapped the goods, were not needed to be guided (as I labelled the boxes well) and got the job done 'right' and within the quoted time. I highly recommend. Do not go with the Craigslist Fly-by-night operators. These guys are highly recommended.

The most professional service I have ever received. The most friendly people, `can do` attitude, and work ethic on a highest level which is really hard to find today. They gave me even to use their wardrobe boxes for free, mattress bags were for free,,,they padded all my furniture and safely packed them to the truck....everything was super clean and smooth...couldnt ask for better service. i had really heavy furniture but they had all the professional eQuipment so all i could do is just sit in my chair and relax untill the truck is ready to go...during the unload it was the same...everything was placed on a desired spot, whole place was staged as i wanted, no damage....10 out of 10..thank you guys

Very professional and courteous movers. We were not sure what to expect from movers after reading so many bad reviews of numerous companies, but we were so relieved when very nice people arrived who knew what they were doing. They carefully wrapped all of our possessions and they were also speedy. Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We did a year-long home renovation that required us to move out of our house completely. We used Viktoria to move our belongings both times and to store our things for the year. Both moves went very smoothly and each time the crew was excellent - punctual, professional and very careful. We also received great customer service during the time our things were in storage - the folks in the office were very helpful when we needed to check or retrieve items. The cost of each move was exactly as quoted and the storage fees were competitive compared to the other research we did in the area. We highly recommend Viktoria!

We recently used Viktoria to move from our house in Toronto to Gatineau in Quebec (about 450km away), and I am happy to report that the experience was a very positive one! On packing day, we had Steve, Mark D, and Adam who arrived and filled their 26-foot truck quickly and efficiently. Mark and Adam then drove the truck up to Gatineau and un-packed the next day. During both packing and un-packing the guys were courteous, professional and careful with all our stuff. We were very impressed to see how they wrapped up all our large furniture with protective blankets and plastic wrap. I also appreciated that, during the up-packing process, they always left about 2 inches of space between the piles of boxes and the walls of our new house - a small detail, but an important one, as many of the rooms in the house had just been freshly painted, so it was good that we didn't have to worry about the boxes scuffing the new paint. What was also really nice to see was that - despite all the slogging they had to do with all of our boxes and furniture - they actually seemed to be enjoying themselves! They would talk and joke amongst themselves, and share tips on different techniques for moving large piles of boxes. Never did we get the impression that they were annoyed or upset at anything they had to deal with. When we asked if they could help move a couple of pieces of furniture around at our new house, they obliged cheerfully and without complaint. All in all a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Viktoria for any move that you may be considering. Thanks Steve, Mark and Adam (and the others at the office) for a job well done! You guys were great!

This company was very helpful in moving our belongings to our new place. They wrapped our furniture, took down items and did it with care. Nice guys, the only reason who I did not provide a perfect score was the spacers for my glass table was not in the drawers as mentioned. Otherwise, good movers.

I read a lot of good reviews here on homestars so I was surprised when I get the services, that was little bit different. I used 2 times Viktoria for a moving to the storage place and another one, 1 month later to my new place. The first crew was slow and one of the guy was rude. The second crew was more friendly and much more faster. My concern was more the damage caused by theses movings. Some furniture were damaged at the back and on the bottom - some shelves disappeared and they didn't know where they gone. At the office, they told me " your furnitures were old....'Ok I appreciate that. To pay, you ll need to send a check or pay over the phone, no way to pay through website for example. They are on time, no problem for that. But for me this is overpriced for the quality of service. So I will only recommend may be for very small moving direct from a place to another.

No need to look any further! The guys were awesome and took all precautions to protect our belongings. Delivered exactly as promised. Were very accommodating with timing and punctual. I will use them definitively again and recommend to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I have used the service of Vitoria Professional Moving services twice, and Vitoria services provided excellent service. If you are looking for a company to move your belongs then i would recommend Vitoria Professional service.
