Tibor and Kiril arrived 15 minutes early to move my one-bedroom apartment from Richmond Hill to downtown Toronto.  I was worried because my building only gave me a 2 hour window to move my stuff but they told me it was fine and they would take care of it.  They worked fast and hard and never took a break until everything was loaded.  When we got to the new building they did the same and everything went smooth.  I called a few companies that were cheaper but I didn't feel comfortable with them and I'm glad I made the right choice.  I heard so many stories about companies not showing up or coming late and I didn't want to take a risk on moving day.  Thanks to Maria for booking my move, and to Tibor and Kiril for taking good care of my furniture and working hard to make my moving experience a good one! A++.

I had to move a large 8 bedroom house from Brampton to Richmond Hill, and every other company told me it would be a 2 day move.  Maria offered me a solution that no other company did - to complete all of the prep-work on the first day and all of the moving on the second day.  Not only did this make the process easier, but it was more cost-effective as I was only charged for the labour on the first day.  When it came to the actual move the workers were incredible!  They are all very polite and professional, but most important they seem to be very experienced.  They did all of the dis-assembly and preparation in a very organized and efficient way, labelling everything as they went along and when it came to the move they worked non-stop through a very long day with cheerful attitudes.  I can't say enough how impressed I am with this company, they truly do make you feel like family and just as Kirill (team leader) told me, they took a very stressful day and made it easy for me.  My wife and I don't plan on moving for another few years but when we do, Viktoria Professional Services will be our company!  If you are considering hiring these guys you are in for a treat.

Great service; On time, friendly and take good care to cover all my belongings. Storage service was an added convenience and very reasonably priced for a climate controlled environment. One move was taking longer than anticipated and owner showed up to pitch in! Very impressed.

By far my best moving experience yet! Viktoria's team showed up on time, were very thorough with their packing and wrapping of items and very timely in terms of loading and unloading in comparison to other movers I have used. They were also very careful in ensuring no damage was done to either house during the move. Will use them again if I move.

Moving day was absolutely wonderful. The crew arrived punctually, and did an incredibly thorough, quick and professional job throughout. I can’t ever recall a move ever going so smoothly. We were happy to provide a tip to the foreman to be distributed to all the guys. We will DEFINITELY be recommending Viktoria to any and all friends/relatives who are moving. I've had some nightmares when hiring moving companies in the past so these guys were a breath of fresh air! When they first showed up I let them know that I had a boxspring that would need to be lowered from the second floor window (I knew from the move in that it wouldn't fit through the staircase). Kirill, the supervisor, didn't even blink. He said they had ropes on the truck and lots of experience with this type of thing and sure enough they were able to lower my boxspring safely to the ground. The rest of the move went flawless and no matter what I asked them to do they did it with a smile. In previous moves the movers would complain the whole day about heavy items or difficult access. The movers were so patient and professional and I will definitely be calling them the next time I move.

I initially contacted Viktoria Professional Movers based on their impressive score on HomeStars.com and I was not disappointed! When I first requested a quote by email I got a response back within a day, detailing exactly what the expenses would be and what kind of services would be provided. The price per hour was extremely reasonable as well, and in the end there were no hidden costs of any kind. The communication from the office staff (Cormac and Hazel) was excellent, they answered all the questions I had prior to the move and phoned a week before to confirm the booking. The crew arrived a few minutes early and got to work right on schedule. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the work these two men did, not only were they efficient but every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and padded before loaded onto the truck. When the furniture arrived at the new place it was all unwrapped and placed exactly where I wanted, and everything was in perfect condition. They even moved out a piece of furniture left by the previous owners to the garbage. The entire move was hassle-free and I am so glad I went with Viktoria. I know exactly who to call the next time I am moving!

Hired Viktoria to move my mom from a raised bungalow in Bolton to an apartment in Etobicoke. 3 man crew arrived 15 minutes early and got to work quickly. The staff are paid hourly but I didn't feel like they were dragging their heels to draw things out- they were working hard non stop. They took care to wrap everything and didn't protest when I asked them not to wrap certain items (that I wasn't concerned about scratches or dings). Unloading was quick and efficient, placing the items exactly where we wanted them (and rearranging them when I realized I had put stuff in the wrong room!). Very pleased with their service.

Viktoria Professional Services were amazing! From the first phone call all the way through to moving day I was impressed with their service. Maria took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone, and always emailed me back promptly. Kiril and the crew showed up on time and were very thorough and careful in doing their job. At the end of the day the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted with no hidden charges or surprises. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to hire a great moving company!
