Gordon was very quick to respond. We had our first set of drawings a few days after he came to our house to take measurements. Also due to changes required throughout the course of the project, we've had to make alterations to the plans a couple of times, which he has also delivered quickly, at no additional charge. He also has a good relationship with an engineer; twice we've had to get engineer stamps, and the turnaround time for both was less than 2 weeks.

Gordon was great to work with. He completed our drawings and application very quickly and submitted it to the city. He also answered our questions well and was easy to communicate with. We got our permits in less than a week through the Fasttrack program thanks to Gordon.

Gordon was a god send, helping us navigate & understand the variance filing for our shed and with his help it was approved. would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help plus he's very nice to deal with makes it a bonus!

Gordon was thorough and speedy in his preparation of drawings for our deck. He made himself available via phone and email whenever we needed to discuss something related to our project. Should we ever have design needs again, he'll be the first person we call!

He did not push to get the contract. He was prompt and on time with all his designs and only needed one small revision when the planning department say the drawings. I found Crowhurst Design through homestars and contacted him because of his excellent reviews. We were looking for someone to process the building permit application with the city of Toronto for a second story addition and complete renovation of our Leslieville semi. Gord worked fast and efficiently and his quote was very reasonable. He also managed his team (an Engineer and a HVAC Designer) to meet deadlines. We received the building permit 3.5 weeks after we hired Gord. I would use Gord's services again without hesitation.

We needed plans to get a permit to move our basement bathroom to a new location. We didn't have any contacts for this service and saw Gordon via HomeStars. He was highly recommended and so we decided to give him a try. Superb service!
