I called in to update my security system for my home. I wanted to put in sensors on my second floor windows as well. I have been with Deluxe Alarms for approximately 12 years and have been extremely happy with their service. I was also very pleased to get a reasonable quote to update my system with a monthly rate of $33 for 3 years and no additional cost for new upgraded hardware. I will recommend Deluxe Alarms to my friends and family as a reasonably priced security company for your home with exceptional service.

Excellent job done by technician for installation of upgraded security alarm, new deadbolt and doorbell camera and wireless smoke alarm. Very quick, professional and efficient. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Good product with reasonable pricing, very friendly customer service and sales rep . Had an issue with installation and I called in , they were able to fix the problem for me next day .

I have their monthly alarm service with camera in my house. Have been with them for several years. I am happy with the service I am able to access everything from my phone.

Upgraded system installed after 15 years of service to include new technology and door bell camera. Friendly technicians and very knowledgeable staff to guide through new features! Fast and quick responses from Deluxe alarms when needed.

I can always count on Deluxe no matter if I'm in town or away on vacation. They contact me asap when there is a problem. I have used them for over 14 years. I recently upgraded my system. Kelsie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer.

Overall better services not bad as per amount which i paid to these guys i think its fair but important thing is they guide well does not matter if asked 3 times same thing again and agian so i should say good job.

I agree with "Kate from Vaughan". We bought ours from a builder contract in Oakville. Even before our PDI, we saw that Deluxe installed incorrectly (after drywall was put up) including the HDMI and all the cables for the "technology" were in one big pile in the basement. They will have to puncture new drywall just to loop it through. Amy, Natasha and their service tech are very incompetent and do not care about customer service, only about the "numbers". We've been asking for 2 months now and they always have an excuse. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Don't use DELUXE ALARMS. I have signed the contract with the builder when I bought my house 2 years ago. When I called they told me there was 5 years contract, and penalty will be the same amount for the remaining of the contract. I cannot even switch to a different package. well... Only thing I can tell, I feel they are no consideration for customer at all.

I'm really happy with this company and the have really good service and I will recommended to all my friend and my family, also they have very good and reasonable price and their services is fast
