    Help with the keypad problem

    Got problem with the keypad because of outage. Wrote an email to the technical service and got a phone call on the same day. Problem solved right the way during the phone call. Excellent!!!

    Deluxe Alarms

    We have been customers for 9 years. For the first time I had an issue with the system and the few people that I talked to took care of it. They did it with kindness and patience. I will stay with this company for as long as we have an alarm system.

    Alarm Systems

    I have been a Deluxe Alarms customer for 8 years and I am satisfied with their service. Whenever I call them for any matters, they look into the matter promptly.

    New Alarm System

    I purchased a new home and the alarm company was part of the original contract with the builder. needless to say I thought I wasn't going to get the best choice but probably the best choice for the builder. Reluctantly, I met with Deluxe for a consultation as part of the builder process. From the first day meeting with Jacqueline to the point where the home was almost ready and installation and managing that with Mary Hassan was required and then finally to after move service for minor issues, this company was completely professional and made it easy for me. With all the moving parts when buying a new home and moving, they were a complete delight to work with and continue to be considered a great experience for me. would highly recommend them!!     Alarm system upgrade

    Messrs. Deluxe Alarms have upgraded my existing home alarm system hardware and software (previously installed and maintained by the same company) to the level of the most advanced technology available without having charged any additional fees for the brand-new equipment or labor (my monthly subscription rate has been raised, but merely a fraction of the original cost). The new system became obviously more secure and easier to operate and monitor both for the providers and for the users. I highly recommend Messrs. Deluxe Alarms to any prospective homeowners. Excellent technical support (by the tech named "Sergay"), excellent customer service (reps. Jason, Kelsey, Kevin) (just a short list - to name a few). Thank you, Deluxe!

    Door bell cam

    Horrible Alarm company

    Their customer service is horrible especially in an emergency situation- 24 hotline is useless and nobody is willing to help. They just want to sell their stuff and once they do there will be no more care from the company. Do not waste your money on this horrible company.

    Alarm system set up

    We have been wanting to set up an Alarm System for the last few months. After talking to a few different companies we realized that Deluxe offers the best selection and pricing for what we need. The install was very easy and straightforward. Everything was cleaned up afterwards by the installer. So far we are very happy with their services.

    The Make their customers give them 10 star ratings to offer a discount on the alarm service

    I could not wait until my contract was up. They were terrible and when i had an issue with my alarm going off and not able to shut it off... i had no number to call them... it was after hours.. and i was going through old paper work just to find a number for this company that basically sent me to voicemail. I expected police to show up and nothing.... I apparently did not have this service and my Carbon Monoxide and fire was not connected to the fire department. AGAIN I HAD NO IDEA. What was i paying for?? basically for a sound to go off when my alarm was triggered. Also they try to get 10 star ratings by offering their customers a 3 month discount for free service to make their company look better for people looking at reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! BEWARE

    We have been with Deluxe Alarms for approximately 12 years and have been very satisfied. During these years, our alarm went off about 2 or 3 times and they have responded very promptly. At one time the battery had to be changed, and again that was dealt with very promptly. Thank you to Elizabeth Aversa for a great service.
