The installation was done on time. The coordination was done by Liz and we are completely satisfied. Liz explained everything on our visit to the office and had no problem answering our many questions. We would have no problem recommending this company to others.

Called the customer service line and spoke to Sherisse regarding my alarm system contract. She promptly looked up my contract and confirmed that we signed it for 4 years and not 3 years. She also helped me locate VoIp phone companies that are compatible with our alarm system. Service is prompt and they are good at meeting my needs and questions.

They terminated my contract without my consent because I "sold my house". 8 months from the contract expires (8*25=200) and they are trying to collect 1500+ from me. beware!! they also sent the "final bill" to a collector without notifying me

I just moved to a new house and stayed with Deluxe Alarm. Fara was very helpful as a representative. She helped with all of our inquiries and our family really appreciates their services.

I called customer service as my three-year contract had expired and I wanted to renew . I spoke with Fara and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent costumer service, she was able to answer all my questions . We had Deluxe Alarm for the last five years and we have to admit that their service was always the best for us. We always had a piece of mind knowing that we were secured with this company and we did have few false ones in the past and when we informed, the staff were very understanding and cooperative. Also, they are very prompt in calling us as soon as the alarm goes off and assist us very positively when needed. She took the time to explain all of our options, asked us questions on what is important to us, and make recommendations that made sense. We didn't get the feeling once that she was trying to upsell us in any way. Unusual for this industry! We got what we needed without any extras that would have broke our bank! We are a new home owner and both work in financial services industry, so customer service has a very special meaning to us. I believe Deluxe alarms did it right on this note as Mary was not only knowledgeable, but she really took the time to understand our needs and provided appropriate recommendations that enabled us to really build our own home. She was patient throughout and took the extra time to explain every detail including the benefit of the conduit pipe and how it will help prepare future renovation of our basement. Mary was also very sensitive to the end user experience, as she provided some great insight to help us better arrange the height of our surround sound wiring so we wont run into trouble later on with extra drilling and such. Overall, a wonderful experience and we are glad Mary was our consultant. Thanks !

We have piece of mind with deluxe alarm. Very active in responding at any incident, had few false one in the past. very cooperative & professional staff. No complains at all. already refer to many and will refer in future too. Thanks, Rupinder Kang
