We're a new home owner. We just have an appointment with Deluxe Alarms service representative. She provided very good advices and options for the alarm system packaged with wiring, ie, phone, internet and cable wirings. We're fully satisfied!!

I changed my phone system to VOIP and my alarm was not compatible with VOIP. I called up deluxe alarm and Amanda Powar suggested a GSM system and informed me that it was the best and the most efficient option for me. The appointment was scheduled for the same evening. The technician was extremely efficient and the system works great. I would like to recognize Amanda of deluxe Alarm for her Advice, quick response and ability assist me in the time of my need.

Today I called Deluxe Alarms & spoke with Melinda in Customer Care & she was able to take my payment and provided a receipt of payment by email. I am happy with the services provided by Deluxe Alarms & would recommend their services to my family & friends

I have been with Deluxe Alarms for three years now and have been satisfied to date. I called customer service as my three-year term is expiring and I wanted to know the procedure for renewing. I dealt with Fara from Deluxe Alarms and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided all the information I needed in a clear and easy-to-understand matter. I have been speaking with Melinda in the Loyalty Dept. of Deluxe Alarm and have Renewed my Services to include a Video Intercom Camera to be installed at my front door, Melinda was helpful in responding to my questions and followed up with an email including a reminder for the installation date of the Video Intercom. I have had them monitoring my house for the past 3 years, and they have done a wonderful job. I would recommend Deluxe Alarms to my family & friends

I contacted Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Melinda of Customer Service. I had some renovations done at my home and our alarm system had to be disconnected. Melinda assisted me in booking an apt with a technician to reconnect the alarm system. She was very helpful.
