Melinda in Customer Service has been a pleasure to deal with...she scheduled service to have a Technician connect our VoIP Modem to the alarm panel, then Renewed our Deluxe Alarms Services as well updated our Banking Information. We are happy with the services provided to us by Deluxe Alarms and would recommend to friends and family

had it installed and it works great. I think its much better than rogers or alarm force. It does the job and cheaper. would recommend. used to have alarm force, great but more money.

We just had our front door replaced and I called and spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who quickly scheduled an appointment for the Technician to come to our home to replace the door contact and to provide a full system check including testing to the Monitoring Station.
