I have been a customer of DELUXE ALARMS since I purchased my brand new home 10 years ago. I have never ha d a problem with the company and I am always satisfied with their service. They have an outstanding customer service team and when I recently contacted them to upgrade my system Fara was outstanding in fulfilling my needs. Within 24 hours my new system was installed and I couldn't be happier. They are reliable, efficient and always on point and you can not fail to mention meeting customer service needs and standards. Since establishing my relationship with DELUXE ALARMS I have than referred dozens of family members and friends to their company. - Eileen

System battery was dead. I called Delux Alarm. Response and service was great. Battery was prepared ready for me. Fara Fathy attended to me. Her service rendering was great. Keep it up Fara! Boye.

I had Deluxe Alarms installed my home Alarm system two days ago. The installation was neat and clean. the system operation is convenient and easy. Ms. Amanda Powar helped me set up the installation schedule and professionally answered all my questions and concerns. i am very satisfied with the service.

Customer satisfaction is clearly priority for employees of Deluxe Alarms. I felt no pressure (unlike another company I was looking into). All staff were very professional including the installer. Krystle was very knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions. Monitoring fee was excellent $25.00/month plus $10/month for a way around having a land line phone. I also got a door video cam (which was a promo at that time ) for free!! It's pretty cool and portable too. The system is so easy to use and was more than I had hoped for in a basic alarm system.

I recently had an alarm system installed and spoke to Amanda Powar. She was very couteous and gave me options on scheduling an appointment. The price was very affordable. The alarm is very easy to use.

I called Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Melinda in Customer Service regarding Updating Account information. Melinda explained and provided a fax number to send the Updated information. We are happy with the services provided by Deluxe Alarms have recommended their services to family and friends.
