I recently got my alarm system and smart wiring done for my new house and I'm quite happy with the service. I didn't realize how much I can customize my house with the alarm system and wiring for the TV, internet, and etc. The sales representative were very imformative, patience, and professional. They really made my decision making much easier and gave me lots of good suggestions when I was unsure. If you go there, look for Tina, she was great help and she really took her time to help my wife and I with all our concerns and questions. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I got and I highly recommend them.

I purchase a new home through Fernbrook Homes and a lady by the name of Tina came on site and provided many different options for my new home. I was impressed with the fact that they could provide garage door opener, speaker system (rough in), also an alarm system at competitive rates. The all in one price for all the services make it their services very convenient. Tina was also very knowledgeable in the products Deluxe Alarms provide.

The Central Vacuum System comes with a liftetime warranty, it is amazing! When we met with Tina, she explained the system, with great patience, and helped us choose the right one as per our home size. She dilivered really good professional service. Thank her very much! We also chose the company's security system/tv/telephone/smart wire. We trusted Tina.

we moved in a brand new home and ordered Deluxe telephone/smart wire/TV installation package. There are total 2 smart wire, 7 telephone jack and 5 TV jack and 1 cat 5 jack. There is no telephone line available when Deluxe comes to install and Rogers only connect 1 telephone for free. So Deluxe comes second time to enable all lines for us free after Rogers activates phone line. I am very satisfied with their service.

Actually this is my second time to deal with this company. The great service that i had before encouraged me to deal with them again. I really got some great advises from Mary S. The customer service was awesome and I experienced a very high standard of professionalism. They were even able to accommodate my very short notice to reschedule my appointment. I needed to renew my service for a 3 year period given my original contract expired and I was not able own the hardware until after this 3 year renewal period. I did experience some difficulties in sorting out charges and finalizing the terms of the renewal, but upon reaching Krystle Vella at Deluxe Alarms, she managed to straighten out my questions and concerns in one call, confirm the terms of the renewal, reconcile my balances and also sent me an email confirmation all within the day. I appreciatd her level of customer service and she was great to deal with.

We had a meeting with Mary on Feb 25th. Receptionists were very professional and friendly. Thought we had to wait 30 minutes but it was worthy to wait. Mary was very professional and friendly. She explained everything with details and repeated without hesitation. She recommends what we need and what we don’t need. She did not push for sale and gave her time to explain. We were happy with her service and advice!!!!!!
