The sales person and the customer service after the sales were very good and I’m happy to deal with them. As I have misunderstanding where I should put the keypad, she offered me a good deal for second keypad price one to let me satisfy and happy. Also the technician, he is very good in installation and explanation in details as well.

I have had deluxe alarms service for 5 years and they have have been great there always ready to help, even if i just open my backdoor by accident with the alarm on they always call just to verify if everything is ok. Thankyou Deluxe alarms!

Great customer service from Melinda! She really took the time to answer all my questions in great detail and addressed any concerns I had. Would highly recommend Deluxe for alarm system and monitering as they are quick and effecient in setting everything up and that is exactly what I was looking for : )

Called Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Melinda in Customer Service regarding alarm going off during the night, our keypad restored itself and Melinda transferred my call to Raj in Technical Support who was able to address the problem effectively. I am happy with Deluxe Alarms...

I had paid for Deluxe alarms to install speaker wires, but the builder drywalled over them 3 yrs ago. I called Deluxe Alarms and Melinda was quick and professional. She had a tech come out and locate the wires for me.

It was a pleasure working with Amy from BuiltInTechnology . She was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything . She was open to suggestions and extremely logical in her suggestions . I bought service from Delux alarm under a contract for 3 years .At the end of the day I am satisfied with the offer and fully trust that BIT will be able to make it a great working relationship . This is a contract starting in Dec 2012 .
