Extremely unhappy with their service and manner in which they sign up new clients. Was told I needed to be signed up for a 5-year contract as per agreement with my builder. Upon taking ownership and speaking to other neighbours, was informed that others signed up for only 2 or 3 year contracts. Upon moving to a new location I was signed up for a 4-year contract which was indicated in very small fine-print of agreement. There are better services out there.

There are so many things to take care of when one moves. I wish they can be as simple as the alarm system installed by Deluxe Alarm. Thanks for the suuport, Amanda.

I have been dealing with Melinda at Deluxe Alarms regarding Renewal Options and was offered a Lower Monthly Rate as well as a Video Intercom which Melinda scheduled to have installed in my home within the next 2 days. I am happy to have Renewed with Deluxe Alarms

Deluxe Alarms has an efficient and a friendly staff. If the alarm rings for more than 10 seconds I get a call on my mobile from the customer service. I am happy with the service and would strongly recommend. I can easily leave my kids at home without worrying!

Melinda in Customer Service listened to an issue I am experiencing during "lightening storms" she was understanding of this issue. We discussed lowering our monthly rate with Renewal of our Deluxe larmsservices and have been happy with Melinda's great advice.

Spoke to Melinda, Deluxe Alarms Customer Service, to clarify telephone numbers to call and to update contact information. Melinda was sympathetic to an incident that happened at our home, which has been a "wake up call" and motivator for us to use our Deluxe Alarm System at all times.

I Called Deluxe Alarms, and spoke with Amanda Powar, I was looking for accessories for our Central Vac which was installed by Deluxe Alarms three years ago. Amanda quickly located our history and located the right accessories for our unit. The parts were available immediately, and I picked them up the same day! Great customer service!
