Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and she confirmed the date of our alarm installation & we discussed using VoIP Internet vs landline for our alarm monitoring. Melinda was helpful in providing a follow up email including VoIP Settings for use with Alarm Monitoring. We also discussed the possibility of using GSM Wireless Alarm Monitoring for our Deluxe Alarms, Melinda told me to take my time and to contact her with our decision at a later date...

This to Recomand Who is looking for home alarm monitoring system. I have been with Deluxe Alarms for the past three years, before that I had been with diffrent companies for about eight years. However, Deluxe Alarms have been providing me the excellent service that i ever had. I would recomand in three areas of their services nummber one is their well trained staff who are monintering the home sequrity around the clock. A couple of times i and my family members accidently triggered the alarm, in fact, with in a matter of seconds the monitering station contacted us and enabled that my family and propery is safe. Moreover, I have twice called for the techinical assitance they have send the techinicans in the same day, in both cases with in three hours of the request and their techincians are very professinol and advise and care you like your good friends. Finally, when ever, I call the custommer service department for their care is curtious and swift. The latest example of this is i needed an alarm monitering certificate for insurance purposes and spoke to the lady called Melinda Luckasavitch, within minuts the certificate was sent to the insurance company. Because of her prompt srvice i am able to obtain a better coverage with below market price. So any one who is looking for a quality service for your money please check DELUXE ALARMS before you look further.

I was with Deluxe Alarm for the pass 5 years. I was very please with their service. We did not encounter any problems. I have decided to enhance my sercurity service. I spoke to Silvana about the different systems which we would like to upgrade. And she was very helpful to us. Because of their good service we had for the pass years, we decided to renew our monitoring and protection with Deluxe. Within days all upgrades was done and so far we are satisfied with the new upgrades. I would like to encourage anyone to used their service. This is a very professional & friendly alarm company. As our house was being built, they contacted us and sat with us very patiently to discuss what we needed and where it should be located. I've been living in this house for more than a year, and we've had no problems w/ our system. The cable wires were fished in properly; no problems w/ our motion detectors and our securtiy system is the best! I've recently been in contact w/ Melinda at Customer service in regards to updating some of our account information - she's very friendly, an easy to talk to. I recommend Deluxe Alarms.
