We have been deluxe alarm customers for almost 5 yrs and we are very happy with the service we have received. We have never had any problems with the company. Recently I had to update my account and both Silvana and Melinda were able to meet my needs! I would highly recommend this alarm monitoring station. Employees are very pleasant to deal with!

Called Deluxe ALarm and spoke with Melinda in customer service to update contact information and provide other alerts on alarm account. All of the information was collected and updated within minutes as well as receipt of a confirmation e-mail. This was a great display of good customer service.

Melinda in Customer Service responded to my call regarding Phone Trouble. Melinda confirmed that there have been no changes with our telephone provider and that the condition was due to telephone line service by the phone provider in our area in which we live. We are happy with our Deluxe Alarms Services.

The service provided of Deluxe alarms customer service no other than Ms. Amanda Powar and the technician who installed the system was excellent. The first time Ms Amanda Powar scheduled us for the installation was cancelled but she called us on time before the date and that was so nice of her. One more thing the technician instruct us very well on how we used the alarm properly for our safety and thats the very main thing we more ackowledge so they did a good job and we appreciate it so much.

We have been using Deluxe Alarm for our home security monitoring for over a year now and extremely pleased with the service provided. Recently we were advised by our insurance company that we require an additional smoke detector be connected to the monitor under our policy. I spoke with Fara Fathy regarding this matter and she was very helpful, patient and professional in addressing all my questions/concerns. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick installation and appreciate all your assistance Fara ~ thanks again!
