We have been using Deluxe alarm system since 2005, and their service is excellent. Recently I am planning to switch my home phone line to VoIP and called Deluxe Alarms today to inquire about VoIP Internet Service.  I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was very professional & knowledgeable about VoIP Internet service for alarm monitoring.  Melinda was easy to deal with, listen to our concerns carefully, and followed up with an email that answered my VoIP questions. Thanks Melinda for the help!

Melinda atDeluxe Alarms was extremely helpful and friendly when I contacted her to discuss my contract with them. She was able address all of my concerns/ questions and advised me that she will follow up me reagrding any upcoming promo.

We are currently using Deluxe Alarms for our home security monitoring. They provide excellent customer service over the past 6 years. Now we are moving and I called Fara Fathy to review different monitoring options for our new house. Fara is very helpful. She listens to my requirement and many questions with patience and provides me with multiple options, which helped me to get the service I want and to save money too! And her response to my inquiries, either over the phone or via email, is very quick, I am very happy with their services I would recommend their services to anyone.

I spoke to Melinda in Customer Service regarding my Deluxe Alarms account. Melinda was great! She was understanding and requested updated information required for the account be sent via email so that the information could be forward to the Administration Dept. I have been a Deluxe Alarms customer for the past 2 years and have received nothing but great service. Thanks again Melinda, you rock!

AMANDA POWAR WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP TWO SENIORS BY RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS FOR US. SHE HAD LOTS OF PATIENCE WITH OUR MANY QUESTIONS, AND POOR ENGLISH. WE WISH TO THANK HER VERY MUCH AND WE APPRECIATE HER ASSISTANCE WITH MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.

I spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch at Deluxe Alarms & she was knowledgeable with Moving/Transferring Procedures and was able to assist with the Transferring of our account including the scheduling of the technician to activate the new account location, all was followed up with confirming email in the appropriate timr manner

Melinda Luckasavitch was very helpful in helping me choose the best intercom system for my home. The package deal she renewed for me was very beneficial. I will be saving more money then i was before by this new intercom. I've compared this product to other companies and this company had a better price.
