My home alarm stop working after switching to IP phone, I called Deluxe Alarms service and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch in Customer Service and she was friendly and knowledgeable about changing from landline to VoIP Internet Alarm Monitoring. ...within minutes, Melinda emailed the VoIP Settings for use with Alarm Monitoring & requested I contact my service provider to make adjustments on their end as well Melinda scheduled for a technician to come out to our home to adjust the VoIP Modem. I am happy with the services provided by Deluxe Alarms

I have been with Deluxe Alarms since we bought our house 7 and a half years ago. I feel safer at home when the alarm system is on at night because it is effective and the Deluxe Alarms team is very responsive. I spoke with Melinda in Customer Care & advised of a change in my current pre authorized payment information, Melinda told me what I had to do & confirmed with me that the info was received & forwarded to the Administration Dept. within the same day. I am very happy with my Deluxe Alarms services. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to feel safe in their homes.
