Fara Fathy from Alarm Deluxe was so helpful in helping me out with the issue that i was having. I had Bell disconnect my alarm by mistake and when i called them back to reconnect they said that they couldnt i had to call my company. Well when i called Fara she was so helpful and did whatever she had to to make sure that my alarm was connected in hours. The service is what makes the company one worth sharing to others and not going elsewhere. The whole of the company is great and is definitely peace of mind. Thank you Fara Fathy from Alarm Deluxe

Installed the system for our new home. Price was comparable to other services. Response time when alarm is triggered is within expectations. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to others.

Melinda was great, very helpful and I felt like she went out of her way to help me. The price I got was lower than what other systems were going to charge, and I got all the same equipment. Renewing with Deluxe saved me quite a bit each month. As for monitoring, I have to admit, they call when the alarm goes off. I have heard horro stories about monitoring companies not calling. I can't say I've had that problem with Deluxe. All in all, I would recommend Deluxe to others as they are great on pricing and they do provide quality service.

I called Deluxe Alarms because I had some concerns about home alarm systems in general I wanted to address. I spoke with customer service rep. Silvana Russo, who updated me on the status of my account. and also provided me with unbiased information on, not only Deluxe Alarms, but other alarm system companies, including business strategies,rates and services rendered. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction.

The contractor that Amanda Powar send from Deluxe Alarms Inc was very knowledgable. He took the extra time to give me a demo and tips for maintenance. I will get them to install alarm system for my house next month.

Just renew our monitoring agreement with Deluxe Alarms , dealing with Silvana Russo was great . She advised us of all the options we have and explained them to us. We installed front door camera - Working great. Great customer service will recommend this company to others.

I dealt with Amanda at Home Alarm System. She was very personable and explained all the details on the alarm package well. She was accommodating with my further questions regarding package changes and understanding the level of service that would be provided. Although I did not purchase some of there other value-added services (I am primarily a DIY'er), the prices were reasonable.
