We have been customers of Deluxe Alarms since we owned our home (2007). We have always had reliable service with them. Never had an issue, operators have always been responsive and polite. Over the years as technology changed (Wireless, Apps, Cameras etc) so has the upgrades and service provided by Deluxe Alarms. We have no hesitation in recommending Deluxe.

Great company with great customer service. We have been using Delux Alarm for almost 12 years and never had any concerns. We upgraded our alarm service with doorbell and digital door locks. ...amazing products which can be controlled through mobile app. Both Amandas (sales and tech service) were great and pleasant. I contacted their agent who was referred to me by a friend. He was prompt and courteous. Went over our needs, were satisfied with their services and the next day installation was done. In the 5 years we've been with them, we've had a few false alarms due to faulty sensors in their equipment which they were happy to replace. Price was competitive, the only thing I will say, which applies to all alarm companies, is the response after the alarm is triggered. By the time they call you to the time the police get dispatched to the time they get to your door is a little long. It is what it is :)

System upgrade went well with just a couple of minor hiccups. As of now the system is working fine and we now are able to monitor the alarm remotely using our cell phone.

We were a current Deluxe customer and decided to upgrade our system. Deluxe upgraded our hardware at no cost. They beat the other quotes we had for the monthly fee. The install went very smoothly. The technician arrived on time and completed the upgrade making sure we were happy with the system each step he took in the process. Deluxe's tech support also helped us learn the new software for our security camera.

My backup battery needed replacing. I called the service line and spoke to Miranda. She sent me the new battery with instructions to change it out, and to call her to change the time and ensure the beeps came on when the door was opened. Changing the battery following the instructions was very easy, and Miranda was easy to reach and very professional. I was very pleased with this service, and would highly recommend Deluxe Alarms.

Have been with the company from the time we bought this house more than 10 years ago. (Brand New). Have had excellent service and there is no concerns. Have had to upgrade the system for current needs and they responded promptly and at no extra charge. They sure do appreciate customer loyalty. Keep it up.

This is a great product/service. I highly reccomend it to my friends and family. It is efficient, effective, and affordable. With having this security alarm service, one can have a peace of mind.

We have used deluxe alarms for 17 years to monitor our house alarm. We did not hesitate to have them monitor our new home when we moved 10 years ago. The monthly monitoring fee is not overpriced. We get a call every time we accidently set off our alarm so I know it is being monitored. We will be upgrading our system to a wireless system in a few weeks once we get some windows replaced.
