Deluxe Alarms has been my monitoring service for the past 17 years. We're fortunate that we have never had a break-in, but on many occasions that we have accidentally set off the alarm, we always get a call within 20-30 seconds, to verify whether there was a break-in. On 2 occasions when I had to reach customer service regarding my service, they were helpful and dependable.

Good service! They call me promptly when alarm is on accidentally. They provide additional service when home owner left for overseas. They will ask for detail information of your home and cell phone in case.

Whenever there is an issue with my alarm, they are always great to deal with over the phone and problems are solved easily. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have an alarm installed.

Deluxe Alarms have been assisting us from the 3 houses we’ve been into. Up to this time, monitoring has been up to date. Calls were made by your office when there is a potential issue with the house. Services were offered and addressed promptly from the initial call up to the time of service or appointment. The service technicians so far were great in updating and checking if there are issues during their visit. All in all, the company has served their purpose in keeping our home monitored.
