I had a problem with my doorbell not connecting to my wifi. I called customer service and they were very helpful with explaining to me how to connect my doorbell.

Called Deluxe Alarms to see what new tech was available as an upgrade and was happily serviced by Melinda. She provided much insight on what was available and offered me an amazing deal on my alarm system. Essentially bringing me up to date from a system standpoint. She was quite pleasant and helpful and patient while we went over the options. Happy I called and got things rolling. In less than 2 business days, my system was installed by a very well experienced and friendly technician, Sergey. Both of these people made may experience go well and I would surely recommend calling Deluxe alarms for your alarm and monitoring as well as other tech services. Thanks very much, Andrew

The service is very good. Anytime we call we are treated politely and our concerns are addressed. The system is very reliable and gives us confidence. The person who answers the phone is always helpful and provides excellent service.

We are replacing all the windows in our home and the window contacts have to be disconnected. I just found out from the window company that they are coming in less than a week to install so I contacted Deluxe Alarms and was able to get a technician to come before the installation and remove the window contacts. I was very relieved and happy to be able to get such prompt service so my installation could go ahead as planned.

I had been with deluxe alarm. System for more than five years now and so far I did not have any problem ever since except in some ocassions that I had called about the yellow triangular light that it needs resetting.. So far so good.

We have had deluxe alarms for over 3 years now. They offered a great deal with the home builder. The one thing that stands out is the great responsive service. These days it's far too common to deal w/ under trained unsympathetic customer support but Deluxe Alarms is always the opposite of this.
