Good customer service and they care about keeping clients satisfied. Dealt with Melinda and she very helpful. Installers also do good work. Sales rep Bav and Daniel also did good job accomodating my schedule and explaining products.

Angela was very friendly and accommodating with fitting us in on a busy Saturday. She went through all our options and never pressured us into buying anything. After giving us privacy to talk about what we wanted, she came back and finished our deal quickly, even throwing in a couple of extras. It was a great experience.

I am with Grand Alarms for last 6 years. I have no problem with their service. I have called to renewal for my service and their rep. Silvana Russo took care off everything. She offer to upgarde to my service. They perform checks on the system and extended warranty for the equipment at no charge. I have no complaint for their service. Very prompt and timeliness.

When I met them to pay my yearly contract, the lady named Melinda explained all the possible options nicely and professional manner, I felt the company is really taking care of the clients rather than just collecting the payments. Also when I enquire about the cameras setting she explained all the available and relaiable models and options in detail guiding me to take the best of the money paid.

Recently my second 5 years term was ending, I called to inquire if I was eligible for the loyalty discount. I spoke with Silvana Russo and she offered me a discount that I considered very fair.
