After much research in finding an alarm company to set up and provide alarm monitoring for my home, I am very pleased to have chosen Grand Alarm. Their price, product and service are excellent. With this being my first home EVERYTHING is new for me. I've had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted to ensure I wasn't taken advantage of in ANY area. When it came to my dealings with Grand Alarms everything was on the up and up! The details were clear. They walked me through everything that I needed and made me feel comfortable. In the latter part of getting ready for my home, I had mainly to deal with Amanda Powar. She was great. She answered all my questions; she was patient and in the end I wasn't unsure about anything.
