I want to thank Angela Gontier of Grand Alarms Ltd very much for a very pleasant experience. Angela was our consultant for the wiring of Cable, Phone, Garage door and Central Vac for our new home. We had numerous questions and concerns about the wiring and Angela made us very comfortable. She made sure we understood very aspect of the wiring. She assisted us in our decision making in a very calming, friendly manner. She was always pleasant. Thank you Angela for making this aspect of our new home a positive one. M and N :-)

I called Grand Alarms for some questions and spoke with Melinda at Grand Alarms, she was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding my account details and offered several Renewal Options which made it difficult to select. Melinda was patient and pointed out the pro's & con's for each option which helped me to make the decision a little easier. I have been with Grand Alarms for over 7 years and I am extremely satisfied with their services. They are very efficient and I have never experienced any problems and once when I called to book for a service check up, they addressed it very promptly and efficiently. Also, the representative, Fara Fathy who assisted me to renew my contract was very helpful and provided me with useful informations. I've been using Grand Alarm system since 2003. I am very satisfied with the Grand Alarms system as we have recently switch over to VOIP line and we received the most pleasurable experience with Fara Fathy who she was very knowledgeable and courteous and patient in explaining the whole conversion process.

We have alarm system installed by grand alarm at our home.Recently we changed our telephone line to VOIP.The services provided by Grand alarm were excellent. The response from their customer service rep. Sherisse Prescott was exemplary.

We have been with DELUXE ALARMS since August 2008. Recently we had problem with a battery. Once we contacted Service Department they sent Grand Alarm technician next day and the battery was inspected and replaced at no extra charge. I have contacted Ms. Silvana Russo from Customer Loyalty Department regarding my contract renewal in June 2011. She was professional and friendly explaining all options and details about the renewal. I would highly recommend your company to our relatives and friends. Thank you for great service Silvana.

I have had the pleasure of being with Grand Alarms for one year and I look forward to many years of great service. The installers and technicians were extremely knowledgeable, clean and very professional. The office administrators are a delight as well. I had the most courteous and helpful telephone call the other day with Amanda. Which these days is very rare. Keep up the great work!
