    Home alarm installed

    Our experience with Grand Alarm was very pleasant. Our inital meeting was a bit overwhelming but the staff ws very calming and reassured everything would work out. Today our alarm was installed, the technician was very polite, efficient and tidy. He went through our system quite thoughouly.

    Built In Technology purchases

    I have to admit when I was first contacted by Built In Technology I was a little skeptical thinking ok now what other extras will we be pressured into buying. I booked an appointment and convinced my husband to come with me. So we both arrived for our appointment and met with Jacqueline Lublin. As soon as Jacky started to speak we coud see that she really knew her stuff and bottom line we were impressed with her knowledge and ability to explain everything. She even drew pictures to demonstrate. Jacky was able to help us see forward into the future and the direction technology is moving and what are the basics and some of the must haves for for the way we live and for the future. Jacky provided us with enough information about the history of the company so that we felt confident about our purchases. Her insights on why to add additional services allowed us to make informed decisions and because of reasonable pricing we were able to select a few additional items/services that we would have ended up doing later on. It was a very pleasant experience and Jacky was very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Grand Alarms/ Built In Technology to anyone purchasing a new home.

    Alarm installation and service

    We had our alarm system for about a month now, and so far nothing major to complain about. During the first week after installation, we had a false alarm go off in the middle of the night, which turned out to be my fault (long story!). But Amanda, the lady I've been in contact with, explained the problem. We've dealt with Amanda throughout this process. She helped in scheduling the appointment, and patiently answered all my questions before and after installation. The installation of the system was very quick, and the technician was very professional. Afterwards, he clearly explained how to arm and disarm the system, and explained how to read the keypad. I'm giving them 9 out of 10 because of the false alarm. I know it was my fault, but looking back I wish they would've caught the warning signal and notified us before the alarm went off. Last week we were getting our phone line repaired, and that set off the yellow warning light. A Grand Alarms rep contacted us shortly after that to notify us of the warning light. Overall, great service!

    Home Alarm System

    I am with Grand Alarms since 2008 and I am very happy with the service that has been provided since. Before renewal, I talked with Fara Fathy to get some information and she went out of her way to help me and get answers. It felt that she truly cared. I have renewed my contract and will highly recommend to anybody who is looking to get the alarm system installed. Very competetive, excellent customer service and very professional. Thanks Fara and keep up the good work. You are a valuable asset to your company.

    Alarm System

    It was a nice expreience to have Amanda Powar from Grand Alrams to help me on the move and tansfer of my old account to the New location. It makes things a lot easier and went smoothly ! many thanks ! Well done !!

    Grand Alarms customer service

    I am using Alarm system since 2003. I am very satisfied with the Grand Alarms system. silvana rasso is a very helpful and courteous person. she was very helpful on my renewal time.In future if any of my friend or family member are looking for an Alarm company. I will defintly recommed grand alarms, thank you

    New Home Alarm and Wiring

    We went to Grand Alarms to get our Alarm and wiring set up. The customer representative, "Mary Spadafina" was very helpful and patient with our questions. She gave us great advice that led to good decisions.

    Installation of home alarm system

    I had my alarm system installed a few months ago. The gentleman who installed my alarm was very knowledgeable and professional. Any account service enquiries have been dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner by Amanda at the Grand Alarms head office.

    alarm

    The telephone line pass through the alarm system before it is feeded to the house. When the telephone company tested the phone line it was discovered that after 3 calls the phone line will ring as a fax line. If the phone line is not hooked up to the alarm Fara Fathy from Grand Alarms arranged for an appointment with the technician within 24 hrs. Fara is a very helpful and courteous person. Grand Alarms is very lucky to have such a person working for them. The issue has been resolved and I can say that I am very satisfied with the way the issue was handled. Thanks again Fara!
