Silvana Russo helped me with the questions and concerns I had regarding my security alarm system when switching to voip phone. She guided me in selecting the satellite monitoring system and thus become worry free regarding the security of my house in case of power failure or any other issues with my phone line.

Grand alarms has provided and excelent customer service and always responded to any problems with the alarm in time. Each time the allarm would go would we would alwasy receive a phone call to verify that all was ok.

Dear Grand Alarms, I called today regarding my alarm renewal. I spoke to Melinda Luckasavitch.. She is very helpful.. She gave me alot of options. At first I do not know which product suits me. She clearly explained the benefit of each option..and help me to make the right choice.. She provided me with a follow up email with clear explanation of each options, so that I can discuss with my family to make the right choice. I am glad that Melinda had helped it. This is the first time we use Grand Alarm. I'm very happy about the services they provided. Melinda Luckasavitch from Grand Alarm answered my call. She is very nice lady. My phone was disconnected when I was talking to her. Right way, she called me back at cell phone . She was very helpful in scheduling a Grand Alarms technician to return to our home to provide a station connection (TSC) to connect our alarm with our landline...

I would to say that this company has the best customer service of any company that I had to deal with. The company was able to come out fairly quickly and set up the system. The tech took his time and explaining how to use the system. Even when the video door bell was broken, the company sent out a service tech fairly quickly and fixed the problem. I would especially like to thank Melinda Luckasavitch for her great customer service, when dealing with some minor billing issues during the Canada Post strike and dealing with our issue of the malfunctioning video system. She also did follow ups to ensure that the tech notified us. I recommend Grand Alarms to anyone

We called Silvana @ Grand Alarms to get a door contact reconnected because we had a new door installed, and she was great. She not only had it reconnected free of charge (reg. $75.00), she also was able to reduce our monthly montoring rate. DOUBLE BONUS!!! Represemntatives of Grand Alarm Fara Fathy (Customer Service) and Daniel (Technician) were very friendli and ready to help me solving my problem with Grand Alarm system installed in my house in a very short time. Fara offered me a good deal for resigning with Grand Alarm and Daniel did a very good job repairing the unit, and also explaining me different functions of usin the kaypad of the system. The way they spoke to me and helped me was very friendly, very profesional and very fast. With this review I want to thank them for their job.

Angela Gontier at Grand Alams has given us a very professional service including very brief introduction to set up the alarm system and garage door opener in our new home.
