Recently I need to switch my home phone from rogers to vbuzzer. There is a cabling change I can't do it by myself. After speaking to Grand Alarms representative named FARA FATHY and her supervisor REZA ABADI, they send a technician at the same day. And it's for free. That's so sweat, isn't it? I do remember last time I did a alarm system test without notice to grand alarms, they called me back within 1 mins and let me know the potential risk that I might have. Excellent service and I highly recommend.

Melinda Luckasavitch was helpful investigating a "Yellow" Trouble Light on our keypad and scheduled a service to have a technician come to our home to adjust our VoIP Internet Phone with our Grand Alarm. We are very happy with the results and are glad that Grand Alarms provided us the services that enabled us to effectively and efficiently solve our troubles. We are proud customers of Grand Alarms.

Grand Alarm technician came to install the second keypad. It required to flush the wire and was pretty complicated but the job done by Grand Alarm Technician him was very very professional and clean.
