melinda lukasvich was very helpful in scheduling a technician to come to the house to check the basement windows and door contact, melinda also negociated special terms in order to get a keypad installed in our master bedroom.

We dealt with ADT in our previous home and decided to try out Grand Alarms with our new built home. Amanda Powar from Grand Alarms was friendly and on top of setting things up to get our alarm system in place. Installation by two different guys (one for alarm and another for garage door opener) was done very well. Response system (telephone call from company) when power went off was very quick. So far, we've had a very good experience with the company.
