Melinda L was helpful in scheduling a technician to come to our house, as well she investigated our account & confirmed that windows previously not wired were to be addressed by their best wiring technician who was able to wire the windows as originally promised / ordered.

First I want to thank the service man came to complete and fix the alarm on the home. He was very clean and carful. He did perfect job. He was really organized. Tanks company for fallow up and being on time.

When I bought my house Grand Alarms was working with Green Park the builders. The customer service at Grand Alarm was excellent. The only concern I had was prices for other adds such as speaker system were very expensive. I had an issue with the technician that came to the house because according to my wife at times he was rude and he also told her she had to pay 1 year in advance which was not the case. If he had read the contract he would have known that he did not have to collect any money. Besides that Amanda who I dealt with was great. Even though I was upset about the technician, she took care of everything and made me feel at ease with the company. So I would like to thank Amanda for her excellent customer service.
