I would like to thank Angela & Grand Alarms for giving me great deal on my new home low voltage wire set up. A great combo of what exactly i required in such a low price.

Angela reduced our overall cost of wiring. She clearly explained differences between discounts with/without alarm system. We are first-time owner and so happy that she was very patient with us. She draw timeline and diagrams to show us how the contract works and where things will be located and put together. Her smile makes the appointment goes smooth and we are amazed that we are offered with cappuccino from receptionist! Recommended to new home buyers!

Silvana RUSSO; Great customer Service, great installation. We changed from the ROGERS Cable phone to your Wireless system, therefore saving us $120 for the 3 months when we are away on vacation, plus $399 for the free installation. Also our monthly charges will be less by over $2. My wife and are very grateful for your assistance and advise. We will not forget your help, Silvana RUSSO. Luz and John TASI

When initially meeting with our representative, we were impressed with their customer service. We did however experience a bit of confusion afterwards. Several people called us to schedule appointments that we already had. Similarly, when we called Grand Alarms to confirm the date of our installation, there was no record of it. Regardless, upon explaining our frustration, Grand Alarms worked to make us content.

Our family has been a customer of Gran Alarms for over 2 years now. I must say that I am impressed with the service they provide. If we have any questions or concerns they are only a phone call away. On a few occasions when the battry on our system was low the monitoring station called us to let us know and they offered solutions. I have dealt with Amanda Powar at Gran Alarams and she has been great. Thanks again Grand Alarms !

Amanda Powar has been great help on fellow up's on our garage door opener and alarm sysem we are very satisfied with her customer service. As well as Service and Quality product that Grand Alarm provided. Great company to have at your home.

Our home alarm system was severly damaged after an electrical storm passed through southern Ontario. Grand Alarms not only helped to walk us through the technical problems we were experiencing during the storm but was able to repair all damages in a timely and affordable manner.
