I had brought a new home and my builder had reccomended this company to me. This company only charges 25.00 per month on alarms. Wow isn't awesome. The repersentives are very kind and don't hide anything from you unlike some ohter countries. Guess what? If you get a alarm system with them any you need anything else from them you get 50% off. I got this wire in my house for my flat screen tv . When I have to plug the wire in I don't need to plug in my family room but it straightly falls in to the basement. The regular price for that wire was 400 and I got it for only 200. The repersentive I was with was Angelaa Gontier. She was very helpful and explained me everything so clearly. I reccomend this company to everyone because it is cheap trustful and doesn't hide anything!!!.

I am so delighted to have a company like Grand Alarm. the technician is a very punctual person. Good knowledge and skillful technique are all he has. It surprised me that he only took 3 hrs to completed the job.And the explanation of how to use the system was very detail and clear. What a good company to have.

My contract was going to be up for renewal, so I called to speak to a representative to cancel my contract. I told them what it is I was looking to add to a new system and what I wanted to pay monthly. At this point they offered to install an upgraded system in my home at no extra charge. My monthly fee is going to be less than what I am currently paying. I was very impressed with the way they helped me as a customer. Grand Alarm is a dependable company , and I feel very safe to be in my home. I highly recommend them to keep me and my family safe.

Very good service. We've been using Grand Alarms for 3 years now. Bav Patel was very informative and friendly. We are moving and have decided to use Grand Alarms in our new place as well. Great offer and Loyalty programs made the decision even better.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. On time for appointment. Our representative was still with a client so Mr. Stefan Tuzi assisted. Our needs were dicussed, cost explained as it relates to the service options available with clarity and consent. A contract was completed and signed. I will recomend this company.

The agent Fara Fathy was friendly and helpfully. I had a good experience dealing with the agent, Fara. I switched the phone company and she helped me to confirm the alarm was working fine with the switch.

New alarm installed Amanda made sure all pricing was explained and what I had to provide the technician with at time of install. The tech called to let me know what time he was going to be at the home which I appreciated he was pleasant and completed the job in a timely manner< overall I was completely satisfied with Grand Alarm

Having moved into a brand new construction it was a nice surprise to deal with a company like Grand Alarms that was very diligent in responding to any questions and concerns we had. I am really pleased with the services provided by Grand Alarms for my new home in Greater Toronto Area. The Alarm services was installed by Farzad, who was very punctual and came on appointed time and finished the job on time. He provided valuable tips for operating alarm system and was very patient in explaining to us. Grand Alarms installed other services including Garage door openers, Central Vac system and rough-in for speakers in living room. All these services were provided with perfection. Melinda in Customer Service was very helpful and answered all my questions with great patience and provided feedback to me on time. I highly recommend the services of Grand Alarms.
