we have grand alarms security system and we renew our contract with grand alarm for this new contract we deal with Melinda Luckasavitch. we are about to switch with other company but Melinda explain us the service of grand alarm and she give us very good deal and very good service because of that we keep this service and we recommend our relativs and friends to switch and keep grand alarm

I have been with Grand Alarms for over 6 years now. They are easy to work with and provide reliable services for monthly alarm monitoring. Silvana Russo from Grand Alarms is the best! She offered me multiple discount offers for me to choose when I need to renew my contract. The con... all offers are very attractive giving me a hard time to decide which one to pick. :)

We had Grand Alarms install our alarm system in our new home. Amanda Powar helped us schedule our appointments and she was excellent! Very professional and courteous and our system was installed very quickly. We initially had a small issue with the system but they were able to come back and fix it right away! Great service!

She listened to my concern and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. The technician that installed the alarm was great. He respected our home and was clean and efficient.
