Our experience with Grand Alarms has been great! They have set-up and installed our alarm system pre-move in for our new home! I worked with Amanda Powar and she was fantastic. She was great at accomodating my questions, setting up flexible appointments to my schudule and looking further into inquiries I had...she understood my concerns and took the time to be patient and helpful. I have been a customer of Grand Alarms for three years now. I am very satisfied with the service and committment of the company. In particular, Krystle has been extremely helpful any time I've had a question or needed insight. She is very knowledgeable and always suggests the best options for the customer. I have recently signed on with Grand Alarms for another three years because I am certain that they will continue their excellent customer service.

Great experience overall. Communication with Amanda was excellent. Chin, the installer arrived at the scheduled time and did a clean installation. He was able to re-fished a roughed in wire that was lost behind the wall when the builder put up the insulation/dry wall with zero damage. Highly recommended.

Grand Alarms installed my central vacuum and alarm system. The installation was quick and there were no issues. I now have peace of mind knowing my house is protected. Amanda was very helpful and the customer service is great. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms to my friends and family.

The staffs at Grand Alarms are very friendly and helpful. Amanda was our contact person to set up installation appointment. She gave us a reminder call and a detailed walk through of what should be expected before the appointment date. We were suprised by one little thing when we picked up our alarm system certificate though. We did not know that our package did not include smoke alarm monitoring until the certificate was presented in front of us. It would be nice if we were told of the different price options while signing up.

Would like to mention Daniel who was able to come right away , was polite and was quite fast in replacing the battery. Also offered to make sure that current phone numbers got updated as they were incorrect.

Outstanding service, talked to Leo and Bav Patel about changing my alarm system from a regular Tel. line to a GSM , they promptly got all organized for the installation, very pleased with the good service, we would definitely recommend Grand Alarm to our friends. good Job guys!!

The staff was very informative and ensured I made the correct purchase for my household use. The project included install, setup, just by setting up an appointment. They also recommended the attachments to include without overselling.
