I had heard of Grand Alarms before and was skeptical about the company. But all that changed when i called in and spoke to Krystle. Her Customer service skills, knowledge and helpful attitude won me over to be a customer of Grand Alarms. Also the installation of the equipment and execution of the monitoring was done efficiently and on time.As for my experience I would definitely recommend Grand Alarms to anyone.

Hello, My husband and I met with Jacqueline Lublin, from Grand Alarms on Saturday May 14, 2011. In our discusion Jacqueline mentioned a central vacuum system. One of the benefits, she mentioned about the central vacuum system is that it is a good system to have for someone who has allergies. I've been looking for a reputable alarm company to go with for a while but were never satisfied with what was offered. Either with the items supplied in a package or the costs (of installing or monitoring - too expensive or there were 'surprises'). Then came Grand Alarms. WOW! My rep Krystle was stellar. She took the time to explain what came with the basic install (way more than some other players) and suggested some other features that would suit my families needs - I even bounced some ideas that I thought would 'not have been possible' but she confirmed it could and would be done. Did I say WOW! After all was said & done - She and Grand Alarms were true to their words. No tricks. No surprises. What the advert. said was what you got and more. I'm still shocked they can offer so much for a low monthly. And best of all I didn't have to wait more than a couple of days for installation - I told them when I was available and they were here. Excellent start... Certainly impressed me! I know this sounds like I'm hamming it up but honestly - I've been telling my friends about them 'cause when something is great, you've got to share it! D

I installed home security alarm system, garage opener and central vac from Grand Alarms for my new house. The products/services I received are good. The service rep. Amanda Powar is very nice and helpful!
