We had an appointment with Tina regarding the built-in electrical equipment for the pre-construction property. Tina was very friendly and professional. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns and gave us great suggestions related to the outlet placements. Keep up the great work!

i was surprised that all the grand alarms reviews were 9/10 or 10/10 based on my experience with the new home alarm/vacuum pricing they offered, and the deluxe alarm reviews certainly reflect that. i've had pretty good service from them over the past couple of years, although the tech who came to set up the alarm was not friendly at all and apparently didn't advise the monitoring office as to which zone was which so when i had a false alarm they could not tell me which zone was going off. when my contract was up they tried to lock me into another 3 year term at $20/mo and misled me about the police response options. i'll probably switch to the monitoring centre for $10/mo. i've had pretty good service from them in the past.
