The team at Grand Alarm, Amanda, Crystal & Leo were all very nice to deal with when I enquired about assuming the Alarm System in a house that we will be moving to soon. Amanda and Crystal were great in organizing site visits with sales& tech personnel. Leo was on time for the meeting and was able to answer all my questions, and arrange for the additional service that I wanted.

Working with Angela was a great experience. She was very polite, friendly and answered all the questions in details. She was helpful and very professional. Overall, we are very pleased with the service offered to us by Angela at Grand Alarms. Due to her excellent customer service, we were able to make our decisions with confidence. I was in a hurry to move and didn't read the agreement that I had signed for prior! I called in and bav was fantastic help! He told me specifically what I needed to do! Daniel the service guy came to remove the system was polite and very professional too! Good job!

Daniel, service tech from Grand Alarms provided a very positive customer experience for me. I had placed a service call for my alarm system and Daniel called to confirm his arrival. He made to my home in the time provided and was very courteous. He was faced with the challenge of entering my alarm box in the basement due to how the contractors constructed around it made it inaccessible. Daniel with care, diligence, creativity and patience managed to remove the box panel without damage to my home. I am grateful for his dedication and appreciate the work he did during his visit.
