Just bought a new home from Starlane and when buying a new home it should come with an instruction manual. My fiance and I did not know what we were getting into at the start. Too many options and so many questions. Thats why we are so appreciative of Jacky Lublin. She took the time to meet with up 3 times and for over 3 hours of appointments to prepare our home wiring layout. We decided to go with ALL of her recomendations and we are glad we did. We took possession of our home monday and since then have had our garage doors, central vacuum, speakers, cameras and alarm installed. Very neat and courteous installers. Good price. What else can you ask for ! Thanks Jacky for all your hard work and patience.

Grand Alarms is simply the best !! The service is second to none and the staff are very pleasant. I purchased a standard home alarm system with a standard monitoring charge. Jackie the sales representative was very knowledgable in all of the products and she was able to come up with a soloution to meet our budget. She was very accomodating in terms of our needs and made the entire process very easy.

I recently added a home security system to my home. I was very pleased with the service from grand alarms. From the sales department right down the installers, we had a pleasant experience. The prices were very reasonable and the products are superior to the competition. Hello, I finally decided to protect my home !! After months of procrastination, i asked my neighbour who she used for home security. Grand alarms accommodated all of my requests without hesitation. I had asked them for the same salesperson that my neighbour used, his name was Leo. Grand alarms also allowed me to take advantage of the same promotions that they gave my neighbour even though that promotion was long expired but still it saved me over 400.00 which is perfect given sight of the holidays !!! I brought my first home and was looking for a home security company which could provide quality and competitive pricing. I did not was some fly by night company who just started doing home alarm services. I was forwarded by a friend to Grand Alarms, who has been using them for years. I was very happy with the customer service and product. They meet up with me in person at a time which worked for me. In the one on one meeting, we went through want I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I liked the product selection and that they were able to meet my price range without limiting my level of security in my home ($25 per month). When they came to install the hardware, the technician made sure I understood how to use the system, provided be a quick notes booklet which would give basic reference how to use the system. Grand Alarms is very reliable and professional, and I will recommend them for Home Security Alarm and Home Automation Products.

I spoke to Crystal regarding my monthly fees and had some questions on the service I was getting. Not only was she very polite and was patient with me but she also reassured me that grand alarms was the company that was, and will continue to meet my expectations.
