The customer service desk at Grand Alarms is great - they are so easy to deal with and helpful. They provided me with all necessary background and considerations for my alarm system. Very efficient as well - I got a comprehensive email with application forms etc. within an hour of calling them. The monitoring rate is standard $25.00 per month which includes Full Service, Lifetime warranty, activation with our 24-hour Monitoring Station, and the reprogramming/ installation of the equipment in the home - that is great value.

My family and I just moved to Woodbridge this past summer. There was an alarm system already put in place so I decided to get an alarm for my family too. I called grand alarms because it is the company my brother-in law uses and recommended to me. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and explained the entire process to me step by step and was very patient with all my questions – and believe me I had a lot of them. They came and put in a NEW system which I as not expecting at all, especially considering the price of the monitoring was so low. The technician was also very polite which is a bonus in my books. I haven’t had any problems since and I would recommend grand alarms to anyone looking to put security system into their home.

We dealt with Jennifer the manager and she was very knowledgeable about her products gave us great ideas and was very patient with us especially because we had a crying baby and she was accomidating to us. We would refer grand alarms to all our friends and family!!

after having the security system installed during my initial purchase with aspen ridge i was very impressed with grand alarm and the support they provided to get me going with the new alarm system at the new house, afterwords i also had them install my Garage door opener and central vacume, their recomandations were all followed by good reasoning and thier installers took the time to finish the job as if it was their own home.

Grand Alarms Ltd.installed complete alarm system (all hard wires connections) for our house on main floor and basement operable windows and doors. When we were finishing our basement,it was very easy for us to finished it with out no damage to our alarm wires,because the installation had been done by their experiences in alarm installer. Every times alarm tripped,we always get calls from their monitoring station right away and not only that their service people call us right away to find out that we all are safe and also we need a service man come and to fix it if we need.

We've been with another alarm company before a friend recommended me to Grand Alarms. Now, we are with Grand Alarms for 6 years and happy knowing that my family is always protected and never have to pay for any service call again unlike the other company that charges us everytime I call for service. We just moved in to our new house 3 months ago and thanks to Grand Alarms for installing our security system for free. We just have to pay for the monthly monitoring. We also asked them to install our audio system, central vacuum and garage door openers and we're happy at the way all the work was done. Their installers work very neat and are very professional. I've recommended my friends and families to Grand Alarms as well and they are all extremely happy.

We recently signed with Grand Alarms for home security. The staff is very friendly and the product is very competetive. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. That's what I call customer service. I highly recommend.
