From the first moment we entered the office we were greated and offered refreshments. Although Tina was busy with customers at the time she took a minute to acknowledge us and confirmed she would be helping us shortly. She was very efficient and courteous. I been with grand alarms for four years now This company is really watching over my safety and my family 24 7 Everytime I needed a service they send a tech the same day and made sure that I can sleep feeling safe at night To me that's pricless I highly recommend this company to who ever is reading this

I am so happy with my new alarm system! For the past 5 years, we were using ADT but were never fully satisfied with their service. After recently remodeling our house, we decided to finally change Alarm companies. We interviewed about a half dozen companies and decided on going with Grand Alarms - Are we ever happy that we did! Their technician was courteous and the transition was quick and painless. The customer service staff are awesome, no wait times to actually speak to someone and so far everyone I've spoken too are super friendly. I've never felt so safe & secure and the best part is we're actually saving almost $100 a year!!! We would highly recommend Grand Alarms to anyone thinking about a new Alarm System!

My Fiance and I just built our dream home so obviously we were ruthless in picking our trades. Grand Alarms came highly recommended but we met with four other well known companies in the area as well; each gave us detailed quotes. Grand Alarms was the only company that didn't try to prey on or create a sense of fear; all the others tried to push upgrade after upgrade in the face of some ambigiuos boogyman. The staff at Grand Alarms were straight forward about the obstacles in securing a home and educated us about their choices in the products they use. The guys who installed the unit were very respectful, they actually acknowledged that they were in a home and not a job site, something the other tradesmen working at the same time did not. They were professional, polite, and clean! When I come home at night and turn on my system, between the outside cameras, motion sensors, and video relay, I breath easy. D

Hi there, I am not in the habit of posting online reviews but I just had a great experience with Grand Alarms and thought I would pass it along. For many years my children lived with my wife and I. Recently, they have all moved out and I never realized how empty and hollow a home could feel. One of my sons suggested that a new home security system would be a good way to feel safe. Although I never had any experience with this, I found my salesperson to be very knowledgeable and polite. He showed me several different options and actually reccommended one of the lower price points given the area I reside in. My many thanks to Grand Alarms, Alex
