My neighbour had the misfortune of having his home broken into while he was away at his cottage. My immediate reaction was to google home security. After a few phone calls, I decided to go with another company. I was not impressed with the "strong arm" approach the competitors used on me so I got a second opinion from a man named Stefan at Grand Alarms. Stefan showed up at my house the next day with his best engineer and provided us with options and aggressive price structures. All in all the service and product awareness was the best I have ever experienced. A number of other home owners in my complex have actually thanked me for referring them to Grand Alarms. I was absolutely stunned to find out Stefan is not only a salesperson, but actually a shareholder with the family operated business. He showed up at my place 5 weeks later to thank me for all the referrals in the area and decided to thank me with a gift certificate to a very fancy local restaurant. You just can't find service like this anymore, not to mention my expensive art work and photography equipment is now secured under the protection of my alarm system.

I have had a Grand Alarms system for several years and feel quite at ease while at home and when away that my household/family is safe and sound. The service provided by Grand staff is exceptional and "from the heart". The Audio surround system installation completed just one year ago is incredible.

I recently purchased a house in richmondhill , grand alarms as my builders contractor took care of installing my alarm , central vacuum and garage door opener. I just wanted to express my experience that i had with this company was excelent ,quality of the equiptment and quality of costomer service i recieved was exceptional . On of my friends recommended me Grand Alarms and received 4 months free monitoring for that. I decided that an alarm system would bring peace to my mind as i do a lot of business travelling. My wife stays up late at work quite frequently, too. I decided that $25 per months is not that much to keep my worries away. Apparently, their loyalty department does a good job keeping customers for long periods of time. I was told that my monitoring fee would go down to $18 after my subscription ended and i would receive discounts on my home insurance as well as some free stuff if i did some shopping at their home entertainment and automation department. I referred a couple of my friends and earned a couple of months free of charge. I thought it was worth it.

The installation was quick and very clean with surprisingly no mess. Wolf was helpful in making sure all my needs were met. My store is now secure and I can rest easy. They even pointed out and found some solutions to other security issues I didn’t even know I had. Thanks to grand alarms I got an excellent contact for window bar installation at no extra cost. I wish I could say the experience was a simple and painless one, but it wasn't. That did however changed when I was introduced to a local company named Grand Alarms. I cannot begin to describe the overall experience but if you are in the market for home security, look no further ! Grand Alarms is a one stop shop. I managed to get a great deal on my central vacuum, in wall speakers, cameras and a home security system that rivals a nuclear missile silo ! I pity the poor sap that attempts to break into my home. The staff that came to my house where on time, knowledgeable and professional. They were not pushy and did answered my questions with what I call un-parallel honesty. I really got the feeling that these people cared about their reputations and my safety. The price was very competitive, the service was professional but what really drove this home for me was the knowledge they gave me. I am glad I did my shopping around as now I am acutely aware that I made the right choice to go with Grand Alarms.
