I bought a new construction and dealt with Tina on all my alarm, security and pre-wiring needs. She was great and very accomodating. My sister uses Grand Alarms for and have had no issues so I decided to go with them as well. I got the alarm & monitoring and pre-wire for all my other technological needs and so far have been very satisfied with my experience with Tina and Grand Alarms.

Recently, our 14 year old daughter has been staying home alone for a few hours in the afternoon. We had been broken into once before by a scam where a group of “animal care givers” were going around to houses to see if the house held any big dogs. Not knowing at the time they were trying to see what obstacles would be in their way, I assured them we didn't, and soon after they attempted a break in, but were shortly scared off by the siren of the alarm. Even though we have a security system, it worried me thinking she may answer the door without knowing who was there (no matter how many times we say not to), so we had Grand Alarms come to install the Teledoor system. It’s the interactive doorbell (camera & audio) so that my daughter can see and speak with whose outside without opening the door. Having this system has helped calm me down on the subject of having her alone, and from already knowing and trusting Grand Alarms as my security system, I knew the Teledoor was a great feature to insure our safety; and so far I couldn’t be more satisfied.

After moving into our new home, my family and I decided that we wanted to carry over our alarm service that we had with another provider - which i will leave unnamed due to the lack of anything positive i have to say. Grand Alarms was referred to me by my neighbor. I called, spoke to Bav and instantly felt as though i was going to be taken care of - which i was. I was signed up for the service over the phone, the next day Grand Alarms sent a technician to install the parts and test the system. Every detail was handled extremely professional and like my neighbor, i would too refer Grand Alarms to anyone looking to protect their home and family. Very Impressed!

Great deal on a home security system and great people to deal with. No secret costs like alot of other alarm companies. Plus they have got more than just alarms

I have grand alarm for my house and business and i have been with them for over 3 years, and every time i need to hear from them when the alarm went off they ere quick in getting hold of me or my family. To me that means a lot and it buys me a peace of mind. to feel safe at home and my business.

I had Grand Alarms installed in my first home back in 2001 and chose them again for my second home this year. The service was great. they took the time to explain options over the phone and were able to schedule an install the day that I needed it. The technician was very professional, clean, and had the alarm system installed and functional as promised. After moving in I installed an additional door to the outside - I called the office to schedule someone to come in and add an additional contact to this new door and they sent someone immediately, it was done within an hour of me making the phone call and at no charge. There have also been a couple of times the alarm has gone off (happens with kids) and they called right away to make sure all was okay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an alarm system.

First the head office staff takes the time to explain what options are available that work within our budget. Then not only to they send a technician quickly but the technician is very percise and clean when working in our home. I have been with Grand Alarms for 2 years now and I feel safe knowing that my house is secure while i'm at work during the day. Since my house is located right behind the high school, often during the school year neighbors will tell me how kids hop over our fence and cut through our backyard to get to the street (as a short cut). Sometimes when its warmer weather out i'll come home to find that the pool cover has been taken off. I have complained to the school principal several times, however it continued to happen. Unless i build a bigger fence there isn't much i can do, but i feel a lot better now that i have installed a security system in the home. At least during the day while i'm at work i know that my house is being monitored if they tried to break in. When i had the security system installed Grand Alarms also installed cameras. I told them the problem i was having with the kids using my back yard at lunch and they took care of me and met my needs. I would recommend Grand Alarms to anyone who is looking for security.
