I was very impressed with Grand Alarms when I needed to replace a sensor in my home and they recognised that I've been a customer for many years and charged me nothing to do it. In fact, they offered me more services at my current rate and were very accommodating in setting up a day/time for the work to be done.

I am a return customer for Grand Alarms. Their service is quick and professional. In one email, they provide the agreement, payment instruction etc. together. After I mentioned I need more security with a affordable cost, Amanda provided me some options so I picked one that suitable to me. I highly recommend Grand Alarm to my friends.

On Friday morning in my morning rush, I accidentally opened the door without turning off the system, so the alarm went on. Someone called right away to check on the situation.

Worked with Grand Alarms during the pre-construction phase of our new home to select pre-wiring for Alarm, Security Cameras, Audio and conduits. Subsequently utilized their services to install home alarm with remote access, security cameras/DVR, multiple pairs of in-ceiling and exterior speakers. We continue to utilize their services for home alarm monitoring as well. We have been very pleased with their ongoing level of service and expertise for the products that they have installed in our new construction home.

Wanted to cancel landline and grand alarms were able to support this transition. Thank you very much for your patience and your support through this transition. I am very happy and satisfied with their service through the past few years.

We lost a wallet containing our Grand Alarm Codes. I called to have the card replaced and had amazing service. The new card is in the mail and we have a temp. code to use until the new one arrives. We have been with Grand Alarms for 10 years now and are still impressed by their quality of service

Good service, received call every time alarm ring by mistake. There are some time when you enter code right away and turn off alarm, we did not receive call. But I will recommend this product.

Our tenant had a break in at our property and was not feeling secure. We already had the house pre-wired as it was a new construction by Grand Alarms before we had the break in but did not have the alarm installed yet. We had alarm installed immediately thereafter. I wish we installed the complete alarm system earlier so my tenant could have avoided their loses. Grand Alarm team did a great job completing the installation and securing the home and making my tenants feel safe again. Thank you.
