Great professional services console was fixed with one day of my problem we had battery low in one of my basement window and it was fixed professionally and I was happy

We have been with Grand Alarm since we moved into our Greenpark home 14 years ago. We have felt no need to change companies. Service has always been quick and prompt; I have only ever needed to get a new back up battery once.

Any time you call into Grand Alarm the representatives are very helpful. Your questions are always answered promptly and the service has been great. We have been with them since 2006.

I have been with Grand Alarm since the house was built 12 years ago. Been through system upgrade, and now on GSM system. Very happy with the service, responsive and helpful staff make them very easy to deal with.

I recently had an experience where my mind was elsewhere and upon arriving at home turned off the alarm. Since it was late night I was ready to alarm the house and go to sleep. I was exhausted and accidently entered the distress alarm code!!! After seconds of realizing it, Grand Alarms called to check up on me. Although it was a false alarm I was relieved to know that there turnaround time was unparallel to anything I have experienced before and should it have been a real incident, Grand Alarms would have initiated the right protocol.

We have had Grand Alarms provide home monitoring since we purchased our home in 2006. Grand Alarms allows us peace of mind for a fair price. Since then we have had very few issues but whenever we have had issues Grand Alarms has addressed them quickly and effectively. They have sent out their technicians to test and upgrade the system as we needed. In addition the system has been upgraded technically to provide on line notifications and the ability to arm and disarm the system remotely in case you forget or want to allow someone entrance access. Good value.

Grand Alarms installed our security system when we acquired our new home three years ago.
