Not only was Kelsie the reason that I renewed my contract with you. But every interaction since has been nothing short of wonderful. She has great knowledge of the business and was able to answer any questions that I had. We decided to get the doorbell camera and while it worked without issue for a while, we began having issues with it. Kelsie took care of everything for me from getting the camera replaced to following up with me to ensure I was all set to go. Kelsie, I hope you know how refreshing and impeccable your service is. We've retained Grand Alarms Ltd. for home security and home automation services. So far, so good! Installation was carried out when scheduled and customer support has been incredible to date. Prices are very reasonable while the service itself has exceeded expectations. For the home automation service, we purchased a smart lock, a camera doorbell and smart switch. The app powering the entire bundle has operated all without issue and the controllability offered allows as much, or as little notification as we desire. Quite honestly, there are too many features to detail here and since I'm still learning it, I probably wouldn't do it justice anyways. I'd definitely recommend Grand Alarms Ltd. for anyone looking for a quality home security and home automation solution!

I was worried if My alarm system Works or not since I changed my internet company. So I called the customer service of grant alarm company. She was so nice and professional to explain to me, and told me how to test the system. I am really satisfied.

Great Monitoring system since I bought my house. I just talked with Melinda and she was able to assist me right away. The Monthly fee is really competitive with other companies.
