    Great service and follow up

    We recently upgraded our cable and internet which affected our alarm functions. After calling in we were offered great service and assistance in having new equipment installed. The service and follow up was fantastic. No complaint at all.

    Alarm

    We have been dealing with this company for over 14 years and have received excellent customer service. Today we called to make a payment via credit card and spoke to Melinda who provided very professional customer service. We would recommend this company to all our friends and family.

    Upgrade System to GSM

    I have been with Grand Alarms for 10 years and always happy with their services. Melinda recommended a system upgrade when I inquired about phone line that is compatible with my existing system. I no longer have to worry about a home phone line after upgrading to GSM and she was even able to find an open spot that the technician show up the next day. Grand Alarm employees knows their products ins and outs which is amazingly helpful to match customer needs. I highly recommend Grand Alarms to anyone who is looking for both great products & services.

    Home Alarm Monitoring

    I have Home Alarm Monitoring with GrandAlarms for years. Their service is outstanding. We recently upgraded the service where we can arm/disarm using their App from the phone. This functionality is very useful.

    Home alarm monitoring

    My earlier experience with this company was sub-par. But they have won me over with the most recent contact with them. I have bee with GrNf Alarms for 13 years, and has remained with them mainly due to my lack of interest in finding another provider company. I was adamant to change this time, but changed my mind due to their much improved customer service. Company employees were knowledgeable and helpful, and were willing to work to retain a long-time customer. I was happy to give them another chance

    Product replacement

    Changed alarm system from wired system to wifi. It works fine and it took 30 minutes. Quite Happy. It did not cost me anything but it is under term and I was not told about that.

    Alarm home needs

    Excellent technical staff. Set up was quick and easy. Service informs if any concerns with monitoring devices. Technical support called to adjust contacts and were very thorough with assessment of entire system. Overall excellent service.

    Great alarm company!

    Grand alarms has been our home security provider for the past 7 years and have always been responsive with any of our needs. They always call us if the alarm goes off and we know that our home is secure.

    Friendly Customer Service

    Grand alarms was proactive in alerting us regarding a contact number that was out of service. Melinda took the time to help us update all of our information with ease and friendliness. We appreciate Grand Alarms being proactive!

    Alarm activation and monitoring

    Activation was simple and quick, a technician was readily available to set up. Can configure app. to receive notification if a contact is left opened, and when closed. Receives immediate call from office when alarm is triggered. Requires min. 3yr contract.
