Service is great! Prices are worth while, my security system is by this company and it works great for my family and me. I would recommend this company for anyone.

Having Melinda assist me with my offline alarm issue promptly before my family and I left for vacation was a very comforting experience. She ensured that the troubleshooting efforts worked and our system was responding with Grand Alarms. It is workers like her that should be valued and recognized! Her efforts were amazing. N.B - I did call the night before and the individual advised that i should call the morning of. Long story short, she was not helpful and didnt provide the comfort and piece of mind that Melinda did!

I was completely impressed with the quality of service provided. The technician arrived on time and kept me Informed during the installation. When I had initially engaged Liz, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Liz was professional and took the time to ensure I was clear with all the options available. Great customer service!

I have been with Grand Alarms company for more than 8 years. Grand Alarms provides good home monitoring services. Their customer service is great. They are prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Referred Grand alarms for brand new installation..prompt clean accurate installation..2 panels, wireless, motions...windows sensors, cost is the $85 quarterly monitoring fee. Estimate given, timelines given Installation date given and all was met. New referral was very happy with all of it. Grand Alarm is very keen to have me upgrade the key pad and smoke detector, they follow up on a periodic basis. The offer is fair. The phone operator is polite, professional and detail orientated. There is a signifiant level of trust and integrity.

Thankfully I’ve never had to reach out to Grand Alarms before but circumstances were such that in my time of need, Melinda & Kelsie’s prompt, professional customer service put my mind at ease. They ensured clear & console direction in what I needed to do, followed through and followed up on the situation at hand. They understood my urgency in making sure my boutique was secure and walked my staff and I through steps needed to restore my service. Great experience in a what could have been a stressful situation.

I contacted Grand Alarm to request that they installed system. The service e was great. The representative who dealt with me was very professional and helpful. She explained everything in a way to help me understand what I was getting. The workman was also very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

A piece of our security system sensor had fallen off one of our doors and triggered our alarm. The service department at Grand Alarms was excellent to deal with and booked a service call for the following day. The service man arrived within the scheduled time frame and was friendly and informative. He replaced the sensor at no additional cost, tested the system, and was happy to answer some additional questions we had before leaving.

This company was referred to me by a friend. Service has gotten better from when I first joined this company. Hopefully it continues on this path. The last technician who came to change batteries, was fantastic.
