    Alarm System

    We have been with Grand Alarms for many years and use are system regularly. They have always provided great customer service and are quick to call when the alarm has been set off. Service provided by Elizabeth in customer service has truly been exceptional. Not only is she professional she is very efficient and knowledgeable. We will continue to choose Grand Alarms as our security provider and would recommend this company to anyone.

    Service Call

    I contacted Grand Alarms because the casing of my keypad had cracked. They were quick to set me up with an appointment time that suited my needs. Within a few days a service person was at my home and replaced the casing. I was satisfied with the service I received.

    Great service and good price

    Great customer service. Quick response to issues faced by the customers. Also friendly service over the phone understanding the issues and directing them to right team/person to resolve it. Once there was postal strike and bills did not come to us and delayed payment. So we were not fined and we moved to auto debit.

    Grand Alarms keeps me at ease

    With Grand Alarms as my alarm company I feel very much at peace of mind when I am not at home. Have had no issues whatsoever, customer since day 1.

    Overall good

    Had grand alarms for a few months and so far the experience was positive. Had a few false alarms, but Both service reps and technicians are generally helpful and responsive.

    Set up a new commercial account

    I am a new owner of a cake and coffee shop, just set up a new alarm system with Grand Alarm. Great and helpful customer service with Amanda, high efficient and professional set up with technician Kevin. Reasonable monthly fee.

    Great company for alarm monitoring

    Have been with Grand Alarms for many years. Their customer service over the phone is great and they are always easy to deal with if I ever need help. I would recommend them for your home alarm monitoring and they are very accommodating and helpful.

    Sign back into your contract after my alarm system was updated

    I was going to disconnect my alarm system in October due to the nature that my what is a wireless were old and my alarm system wasn’t just not working for me what day did they change my panel to a wireless panel gave me an alarm doorbell which is wireless and I resigned for a three-year term

    Alarm System

    I bought a Treasure Hill home in Bowmanville in which Grand Alarms installed conduit and will be installing an alarm system with Central Monitoring. I was pleased with both their customer service and reasonable pricing.
