My husband and I have been beyond pleased with the service we continue to receive from grand alarms. We have been customers with them since we purchased our home four years ago. From installation to future updates they have always exceeded our expectations. They keep costs low which allows us to have the services we want to feel safe without breaking the budget. We would highly recommend them.

Grand alarms offered $25 per month for video and monitoring. Much lower rate than others. Representative was very professional. He understood my requirements and offered great price. I had been with them since 8 years and I am very happy with their service

After concerned about my budget for alarm monitoring, Melinda at Grand Alarms offered a much better option that worked for my budget, so we plan to stay with GRAND for a long while, after all service has been great!

I’ve used Grand Alarms for a few years. Never had any issues, and if a sensor or anything malfunctions they call immediately to fix it and know about it before you even have to call them. Great pricing options.

I have been a customer of Grand Alarms for 10 years. They monitor our home which is quite important to me and my family. They have been of great help and support and thankfully I have not had to use them for any emergencies over the past 10 years except for support in terms of upgrades and changes. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable security company to monitor your home and or business.

Thank you Grand Alarms for your quick response and courtesy every time. Having young children, we often open the door and are late with entering the code and on Que you are always there calling and understanding. We have been with Grand Alarms since 2010 and are very happy with the service and quality of their products. This past fall we were up for renewal and they offered a better monthly fee, as well as sent their technician over at our convenience to replace all the sensors in the house and gave us the new doorbell that gives us the option to see from an App on our cell phones who is at the door. All this at NO COST to us. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms. You won't be disappointed. Just say you read Tina's review.
