I’m a customer with grand alarm from 3 years and I’m renewing with them again, they have a very good products and service and also their prices are very convenient to any body, they have every thing you need it to secure your home completely, , Thanks to the (technician) who installed and configure every thing in no time. Thanks to all grand alarm team, will always recommend this company to any one I meet.

I have been using Grand Alarm for 5 to 6 years now. The hardware provided works well. Using GSM for VOIP phone. Installation person was courteous and knew his job. Response time in event of the alarm going off has been good. The monthly cost is competitive and is not as high as the other providers. Very satisfied with the customer service whenever I have called the office. Highly recommend using Grand Alarm for your home.

I called Grand Alarms to advise that I would like to shift to Rogers monitoring as I was annoyed as the door beeps were not loud enough for us to hear them in Kitchen or family room. Rajveer Kaur, not only took care of my issues but also convinced me to stay with the company. She is an excellent customer service rep and a sales agent.

I had recently moved from one house to another and the transition in removing our old alarm system from our old house and installing a new system at our new house was professional handled. The installation team had a quick response to our request and was very accommodating. I think is Grand ALarms is working great.

New security system was installed and working fine. Front camera great addition for system. Also very pleased with extra services related to help with central vacuum cleaner , all working just fine.

Have been a long term customer. Recently moved. Mary H has been wonderful in follow-ups and courteous all through the process. She provided various options and was very patient. Installation was good. The good thing is that if you move, Grand Alarm provides you with the flexibility as well. In essence, it is a term contract without upfront fees unless you want to get something extra.
